[NEWS] Idols with the best vocals – Portal Ezday polls 110326
These days, after having the music industry bombarded with young and healthy idol singers, there are many excellent singing idols, but who happens to the best of all?
Portal Ezday conducted a poll for the popular TV entertainment corner asking, “From the male and female idol singers, who has the best vocals?“.
2287 people participated in the survey, the results for best female vocal idol went to IU, and for made idol, Changmin of 2AM.
41 percent of the netizens picked IU as the possessor of the best vocals amongst female idols without a doubt in mind. IU was followed by SNSD’s Taeyeon who received 18% of the votes.
Other idols that ranked in the top 10 were, Seo In Young, Lee HaeRi (Davichi), Park Bom (2NE1), Jea (Brown Eyed Girls), Luna (fx), Hyorin (Sistar), Narsha (Brown Eyed Girls), Sun Ye (Wonder Girls).
30% of the netizens picked 2AM’s Changmin as the #1 male idol with the best vocals. While JYJ’s Xiah Junsu was at second place with 19% of the votes.
The other top 10(?) male idols with the best vocals went to Lee Hyun (8eight), Jung Yong Hwa (CN Blue), Lee Hong Ki (FT Island), Kim Junsu (2PM), Simon (Supreme Team), Jonghyun (SHINee), Kyuhyun (Super Junior), YoSeob (BEAST), Daesung (Big Bang).
For the best female vocals (293) were men, (838) were women, (193) were in their 20′s, (450) in their 30′s, and (310) in their 40′s.
For the best male vocals (280) were men, (876) were woman, (208) of them were in their 20′s, (458) in their 30′s and (316) of the voters were in their 40′s.

[NEWS] Which idols do the middle-aged ladies love the most? 110325
On the March 24th broadcast of Y-Star’s “Wonder About That“, investigators targeted middle-aged women (a.k.a. ajummas) and polled them to see which idols were the most loved by their group.
The program surveyed 300 women, all between the ages of 40-60 years, and asked, “Who is the top idol?” Through this survey, the ajummas were able to show that idol-love wasn’t just restricted to teenagers and young adults.
Of all the idol groups, SNSD placed 1st, with 102 out of 300 votes. Breaking it down individually, SNSD’s Yoona came in 1st place because of her acting appearances through dramas. 2AM’s Jokwon placed 2nd because of his kkab dance and his cuteness. In 3rd place was SNSD’s Yuri because ajummas wanted to have her as their daughter-in-law.

[NEWS] SHINee and f(x) pictorial for Auction 110326
Popular idol groups SHINee and f(x) have transformed into the fresh heralds of spring.
The online market Auction revealed today that the SHINee and f(x) members took part in a shoot for an online pictorial book.
In this pictorial, they are seen posing with props like colourful balloons and party hats, and are dressed in refreshing clothes that match well with spring.
Their agency conveyed, “In order to complete this pictorial, the members of both groups worked tirelessly, showing only their joyful images.”
It was also said that SHINee’s leader Onew lifted the mood and created a very harmonious atmosphere by cracking jokes with the other members and staff present.
All of the SHINee members worked hard without letting slip any exhausted expressions; instead, with smiles and mischievous energy, they completed the shoot with a dance rap accompanying them in the background.
f(x)’s Victoria acted as the group’s maknae by delivering snacks to her worn out juniors.
The Onew-Sulli and Minho-Victoria couples also showed off how well matched they were.
Meanwhile, Auction will be carrying out advertising and marketing with SHINee and f(x) as their main models for a year, starting this month.

You may agree or disagree but the Wonder Girls have the best fashion sense out of all the girls groups in private! Eclectic and eye-catching, their style isn’t overpowering and one glance and you know they’re a star.

Brightly shining SHINee never forgets they’re the fashion leaders for the contemporary movement. They play up their best features in tight skinny jeans but honestly, any type of fashion suits them because they’re perfect!
4. Big Bang
Maybe number 4 should go to G-Dragon rather than all of Big Bang…but T.O.P’s outrageous pants lets the entire group place on the list! Saying G-Dragon has unique fashion sense is like saying water is wet. But you sort can’t help but say it again after seeing photos of his wardrobe at an airport.
5. 2PM
The boys of 2PM look the best when they have minimal clothing on but when they’re at an airport, they go for bold patterns, sunglasses and designer jeans.
6. SNSD
Girls Generation proves their sweet and romantic look isn’t all an act! They’re just as bright and goddess-like even before a 12-hour flight to America! (Jessica’s shocked photo had to be included…)

[NEWS] List of Top 34 Idols Most Wanted as Boyfriends published 110316
A recent list based on results from a poll on "idols most wanted as boyfriends" has been published. Taking first place is BEAST's leader and rapper Doojoon with 2931 votes. SHINee members Onew and Jonghyun have a strong showing at second and third place, respectively. Fellow group members Taemin (12th), Key (16th) and Minho (17th) also place relatively high on the list.
